From first call to final styling
Discovery
A free consultation. We visit your space and talk through your goals, how you live or work, and your budget. You share references. We take notes.
Concept
Mood boards, material palettes, space plans, and 3D renders. Two concept directions for you to choose from.
Development
Detailed drawings, specifications, and sourcing. We order every piece, manage every vendor, and coordinate every trade.
Installation
We oversee delivery, placement, and final styling. You walk into a finished space, with every cushion, frame, and detail in place.
Questions about working with us
How long does a project take?
A single room runs 8 to 12 weeks. A full home runs 4 to 9 months, depending on construction and lead times. We give you a written timeline after the discovery visit.
What does a project cost?
Design fees start at a flat rate for a room refresh and scale with scope. Furnishings and construction are separate line items. We share a budget range before you commit.
Do you work outside California?
Yes. We take on-site projects across the US and offer a virtual design package for clients who want plans and shopping lists to run the install themselves.
Can we keep some of our existing furniture?
Often, yes. During discovery we note pieces you want to keep and build the plan around them.
