Atelier Interior Studio LLC operates this website and the design studio at 8420 Melrose Avenue, Suite 5, West Hollywood, CA 90069. This policy explains what the website collects, where that information goes, and how long we keep it.

What this website collects

The consultation request form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the service you want, and a preferred day and time. The form collects nothing else.

The form has no field for account numbers, home security details, or other sensitive personal information. Project specifics are discussed later by phone or in person, not through this website.

One setting stored in your browser

The cookie consent banner stores one entry in your browser's localStorage under the key waas_cookie_consent. It records a single word, accepted or declined, and stays on your device until you clear your browser data. The cookie notice at /cookie-notice describes it further.

How form submissions travel

When you submit the form, the site platform stores your submission and delivers a copy to the studio by email through SendGrid, our email delivery provider. A member of the studio then contacts you to arrange a consultation.

How long we keep submissions

Form submissions are kept for 24 months from the date you send them, then deleted. This window lets the studio follow up on open requests and answer questions about earlier ones.

No sale of data, no advertising trackers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. This site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies by default. Your form details go to the studio and the email provider named above, and nowhere else.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your form submissions at any time. Email [email protected] with the name and email address you used, and we will delete the matching submissions and confirm by reply.

You can also decline the consent banner. The site works the same either way.
